*** Providing 1-2-1 support to a student with SEN requirments, across the syllabus.

Requirements:

• At least a 2:1 bachelor’s degree in psychology, or a related field.
• Passion for the learning of students with additional support needs.
• A flexible, understanding personality.
• Commitment to following safeguarding procedures.
• Previous experience of supporting students is advantageous, but not essential.

The Role:

• Providing 1:1 support, across the curriculum, to an SEN student.
• Improving the students’ understanding and attainment levels.
• Assessing the student’s classwork and providing constructive feedback.
• Working in close collaboration with teaching staff to adapt learning materials and lesson plans to suit the needs of the student.
