*** Support SEN students on a 1:1 and small group basis
The Role: Provide 1:1 and small-group support for students with additional needs across the school day. You will help pupils access learning, follow routines, stay engaged in lessons, build confidence, and work closely with teachers and wider staff to support academic progress and emotional wellbeing.
The Candidate: You are calm, observant, and able to build trust through consistency and clear communication. You want practical school-based experience, you can stay patient in a busy setting, and you are interested in how focused support helps young people with additional needs feel secure and make progress.
Requirements- Degree – A 2:2 or above in Psychology or a related subject.
- Communication – Clear and confident verbal and written communication.
- Enhanced DBS – Must hold or be willing to obtain an Enhanced DBS certificate.
- Desire to work in education/with children – Genuine interest in supporting pupil progress and wellbeing.
- Career Goals – A desire to pursue a career in educational or clinical psychology.
