Could you utilise your skills and provide 1:1 and small group support across the national curriculum in KS3 and KS4?

Do you have a keen interest in supporting young people with Autism? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!
 
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Psychology Graduate Academic Coach to join this 'Good' secondary school in Sandwell. In this role, you will provide essential 1:1 and small group support to students with Autism, helping them to achieve their full potential.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver 1:1 and small group academic support to students with Autism.
  • Work closely with teachers to develop tailored learning plans.
  • Assist students in overcoming learning barriers and developing effective study habits.
  • Monitor and track student progress, providing regular feedback to staff and parents.
  • Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
 
Requirements:
  • A degree in Psychology (recent graduates preferred).
  • A genuine interest in working with students with Autism.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
