The Role
As a KS2 Graduate Teaching Assistant, you’ll support pupils across Years 3 to 6 through focused interventions in literacy and numeracy. You’ll work with children who need extra help to stay on track—either 1:1 or in small groups—helping to build their confidence and academic progress. You’ll also support the teacher with classroom routines and resource preparation.
 
The Candidate
You’re a graduate with a strong academic background, excellent communication skills, and a genuine interest in working with children. You’re calm, reliable, and happy to adapt your approach to different learning needs. This is a great stepping stone for future teachers, educational psychologists, or anyone exploring a career in education.
