The Role:
The Graduate Academic Coach will play a crucial role in preparing Year 6 students for their SATs, offering focused 1:1 and small group sessions. You will work alongside teachers to deliver targeted support, reinforcing core skills and boosting confidence in key subjects. Your support will make a real difference, helping students to feel prepared and confident going into their exams.
 
The Candidate:
The ideal candidate will be a graduate with a strong academic background and a genuine interest in education. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to explain concepts clearly, making learning engaging and accessible. Experience with tutoring or supporting children in a classroom setting would be beneficial but not essential. Patience, enthusiasm, and a proactive approach are key qualities we’re looking for.
