*** 1:1 and small group academic support through Science KS3 & KS4
 
The Role
As a Science Academic Coach, you will work closely with students who need extra support in Biology, Chemistry, and Physics. You will deliver targeted interventions in both one-to-one and small-group settings, helping pupils develop their understanding of key scientific concepts and their application in real-world scenarios. Your role will be essential in improving student confidence and attainment.
 
The Candidate
This role is ideal for a Science graduate or someone with a strong academic background in the subject. The school is looking for a candidate with excellent communication skills, a passion for education, and the ability to inspire students. Previous experience working with young people is advantageous but not essential.
