Job Description
KS2 Graduate Teaching Assistant
Are you a graduate looking to gain experience in a primary school, before starting a teacher training programme in the near future?
This is a vibrant and friendly primary school located in Wolverhampton, and we are currently looking for a dedicated and passionate KS2 Graduate Teaching Assistant to join our team.
*** KS2 Graduate Teaching Assistant *** January 2025 until July 2025 *** £80 - £90 per day *** Location – Hall Green *** Support for a KS2 class
As a KS2 Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with our experienced teaching staff to support our pupils in their learning journey. You will assist in delivering high-quality lessons, working with small groups of children on a one-to-one basis to ensure that every child reaches their full potential.
You will be responsible for helping to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment, and for ensuring that every child feels valued and supported in their learning. You will be patient, enthusiastic, and able to communicate effectively with both children and adults.
The successful candidate will have previous experience working with children (formally or informally) and will hold a 2:2 degree or equivalent. A strong knowledge of the primary curriculum is essential, as is a commitment to continuing professional development.
In return, you will be offered a supportive and friendly working environment, ongoing training and development opportunities, and the chance to make a real difference in the lives of our pupils.
If you are passionate about education and would like to join our dedicated team of professionals, we would love to hear from you. Please send your CV and a covering letter outlining your experience and suitability for the role.
