A ‘Good’ secondary school in West Bromwich is seeking enthusiastic graduates to join their team as Core Subject Academic Coaches. This is a fantastic opportunity to support underachieving students in KS3 and KS4, helping them to unlock their potential in your subject specialism.
 
The Role:

• Providing 1:1 and small group support in English, Maths, or Science
• Working closely with teachers to deliver tailored interventions
• Helping students build confidence and improve academic performance

 
Ideal Candidate:

• Recent graduate in English, Maths, or Science
• Passionate about education and supporting young people
• Excellent communication skills and subject knowledge
