An exciting opportunity has arisen for an English graduate to join an exceptional secondary school in Solihull. This role is ideal for someone passionate about education and eager to gain practical experience before embarking on a teaching career.
 
The successful candidate will provide tailored 1:1 and small group support to students studying English at Key Stages 3 and 4. By working closely with teachers, you will help deliver engaging lessons, support students with their learning challenges, and inspire a love for English.
 
In addition to classroom support, you will play a vital role in fostering a positive and inclusive environment within the school. Your ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with students will be crucial in helping them reach their potential.
