An outstanding secondary school in Central Birmingham is looking to recruit an enthusiastic Academic Coach to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a graduate passionate about supporting students’ academic development and gaining valuable experience in a school setting before pursuing teacher training.
 
Role Overview
  • The successful candidate will work with students across a range of subjects, offering personalised academic support to help them reach their full potential. Key responsibilities include:
  • Providing one-on-one and small group support in various subjects, helping students grasp challenging concepts and improve their study skills.
  • Working closely with teachers to identify areas where students may need additional guidance.
  • Inspiring and motivating students to stay engaged in their studies and achieve their academic goals.
 
Candidate Requirements
  • The ideal candidate will have:
  • A degree in any subject and a genuine interest in education.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt to the needs of individual students.
