Role: Graduate Teaching Assistant
We are looking for a motivated and compassionate Graduate Teaching Assistant to provide targeted 1:1 and small group support to students who need additional help to reach their academic potential. Working alongside experienced educators, you will support under-achieving students in bridging the gap with their peers, developing skills to help them succeed.
 
What You’ll Do:
  • 1:1 and Small Group Support: Work closely with students who need extra help, using your skills to motivate and guide them through their studies.
  • Assist Classroom Teachers: Support teachers by preparing resources, managing classroom activities, and contributing to a positive learning environment.
  • Track Student Progress: Help monitor students’ progress and provide feedback to teachers, supporting each student’s individual learning journey.
  • Encourage Engagement: Foster a supportive and inclusive atmosphere to help students become active and confident learners.
 
About You:
  • A recent graduate looking to pursue a career in teaching, with the drive to make a positive impact on young learners.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive, adaptable approach.
  • Genuine passion for education and helping students overcome challenges.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and other staff members.
